Campbell Meditation Music – Brighter Than The Sun by Colbie Caillat

Campbell Meditation Music – Brighter Than The Sun by Colbie Caillat

It is Brighter than the Sun by the female singer-songwriter Colbie Caillat, a.k.a. female Jason Mraz. Colbie Caillat mainly writes environmentally-friendly songs and sings them. It is kind of different from country songs but her songs make listeners feel good. Like the song title, the song is really bright and cheerful. And when watching the music video, you feel like you are there on a remote paradise island full of sunshine, peacefully resting on the beach with a Margarita, rather than in the world you are living in. Like this song, our life can be more shiny and illuminating than the sun.
No matter how much money you have or how good a city you live in, if your mind is not happy and bright, that life is absent of happiness. Everyone would already know that the standard of whether you are happy or not is not somewhere outside but rather, within the self. For a life brighter than the sun, your mind must be brighter than the sun.
The time to clean and take care of our inside, like taking care of a garden, has come in order to make ourselves happy. We see many people invest a lot to lose weight or build muscles every day at fitness centers. However, very few people invest in their mind or soul which is actually the most important. Some are not interested at all or think it is a waste of money. But let’s give it at least one thought. The body we live with will die inevitably after seventy to eighty years. No matter how much money you invest in your body, it will age, get sick and eventually disappear one day. It cannot be everlasting. For our better life, we need to invest time to take care of our mind and soul.
Like the song title, we can actually have the mind brighter than the sun and more importantly, the way to live forever is already available in the world. The perfect generation has come because the method of throwing away the false mind of the self – pain and stress –has come to the world and anyone can throw away the false mind completely and recover the true mind. If you are born again as the never-dying soul, the soul of the true mind will live forever even though the body will rot and disappear someday. The method of becoming the Truth, which is living in the everlasting world while living, has finally come to the world.
The time to enjoy the never-dying paradise by investing in our mind has come. Like this bright and cheerful song, your life is always happy, joyful and dream-like. This joyful and everlasting life cannot be attained with money: it could never be attained with materials. At a place where you learn the right method of emptying out the mind, you can throw away the false mind completely according to the method. Living eternally with the true mind would be the most valuable thing to do in the world. Complete people who already live heaven-like lives are countless and the number would increase exponentially in the future.
I would like to let you know that the generation when people can live happily has already come; this is the generation brighter than the sun in which anyone can live forever.
Heaven (From the Teacher Woo Myung’s book ‘The Living Eternal World’)
Heaven is this world which was made by the Creator.
Even the world of the past is Heaven.
In the beginning,
the Creator created this universe to be perfect,
allowing everything to live.
But man has his own delusions,
and thus he is dead.
Delusions are not the Truth,
which is why they are false.
They are not real; they are false.
They are not real; they are death.
Heaven is the state in which a person has in him
the infinite Mind, one that is as big as the Universe:
it is the state in which a person is in that Mind.
Heaven is the living Land.
Heaven is the Land of the Creator.
It is the Land that is absent of death, worries, or troubles.
It is the Land of everlasting life, blessings, and happiness.

Campbell Meditation Movie -James Carmeron’s Avatar(2009)

Let’s talk about  Avatar , the one of the top all-time American box office hit that had spectacularly opened the generation of 3D films. It has magnificent visual art but its scenario is also brilliant. The real world and the false world… If you have watched  Avatar , you would know what it means. From the human perspective, the real world in the movie is referred to the world we are living and the false world is the world of Avatars where huge archaeopteryxes fly and a huge blue colored species live. We regard the world distant from the human world as the false world. I won’t talk about the synopsis of  Avatar . But what I would like to talk about is – to borrow  Avatar ’s motto – that the world we live in now seems real but is actually the false world, like a virtual world where Avatars live. It would be difficult to understand but this concept is depicted not only in  Avatar  but also in the  Matrix  with Keanu Reeves. Humans do not live in the world of reality but in a p

Campbell Meditation Column – How to live well

Campbell Meditation Column – How to live well Such words as ‘stress’ and ‘depression’ are overused these days. Everyone seems to live with unsolved questions of life and a void that can never be filled no matter how much you try to fill it. There is nowhere you can truly rest; loneliness chases you everywhere and people endlessly search for and obtain something to fill up and soothe the mind. What everyone pursues will eventually be never-changing happiness. It would be truly resting without any worries even for a moment… Happiness – true rest – really sounds like an unreachable goal that is difficult for us who are living in this generation. Can I ever become happy? Can I really live well? Within the endless burden and pain of the mind, it might be fearful and dreadful to live every day. The moment a day ends, you sigh that you have endured a day. The moment a new morning starts, you might barely open your heavy eyes and be at a loss about how you can endure today. Joy happe

Campbell Meditation Experience - Meditation Taught Me To Accept The World

Campbell Meditation Experience – Meditation Taught Me To Accept The World Gadhi Asan – Campbell, CA Before I discovered this meditation, I really felt like I had reached the end of my rope. I felt like there was always a big, heavy stone in my chest and the pain was so bad that I wasn’t sleeping well. It was stress. I was barely living, carrying the everyday stress and difficulties of my life. Then, I found this meditation. At that time, I started this study sincerely with the intention of getting even a little relief. Even though I have never practiced meditation, this method, made by Woo Myung, was very simple and fun to do. One of the things about this study that I enjoyed was that I could look back on myself. Since I was a child, I had so much inferiority that I always hated losing to others. My tendency was to focus on winning whenever I competed with others. This made my life very lonely because I was always uncomfortable around other people. And other people were uncomfortable
