Campbell Meditation Experience - Minni Vasudeva

Minni Vasudeva (Architect / Gurgaon, Haryana, India)
At some stage in my life, I started to feel that something extraordinary needed to happen in my ordinary life. There had always been something that bothered me. I tried few things, like reading spiritual books and practicing other types of meditation. Then, I came across with this meditation. My husband joined first. I heard the concept from him and somehow it made so much sense to me. I felt I had to do it. It seemed time was a constraint to me. But when I started, I was hooked into subtraction. I subtracted my mind every day and it made me feel free day by day. Even making time for meditation was also not an issue for me. After completing level 1, I felt liberated from my own mind. The world seemed better and even people seemed nicer. Now that I’ve finished level 2, I can’t describe this amazing feeling I had for the first time in my life. I want to live with this feeling forever. I feel like big burden has been taken off from me. We, as human beings, live with so much baggage of all our past experiences, expectations, plans and hopes. And the interesting part is that we don’t even realize that it’s burden.
This amazing method of throwing away everything inside your mind gives you so much freedom from your own mind. Yes, it’s the freedom from the mind of the self which binds us, and once that is thrown away, you feel so free. Thanks so much to this method for making it possible. Can’t wait to complete all the levels and become one with the Universe, the final destination of great bliss.

Campbell Meditation Experience - Meditation Taught Me To Accept The World

Campbell Meditation Experience – Meditation Taught Me To Accept The World Gadhi Asan – Campbell, CA Before I discovered this meditation, I really felt like I had reached the end of my rope. I felt like there was always a big, heavy stone in my chest and the pain was so bad that I wasn’t sleeping well. It was stress. I was barely living, carrying the everyday stress and difficulties of my life. Then, I found this meditation. At that time, I started this study sincerely with the intention of getting even a little relief. Even though I have never practiced meditation, this method, made by Woo Myung, was very simple and fun to do. One of the things about this study that I enjoyed was that I could look back on myself. Since I was a child, I had so much inferiority that I always hated losing to others. My tendency was to focus on winning whenever I competed with others. This made my life very lonely because I was always uncomfortable around other people. And other people were uncomfort...

Campbell Meditation Travel – La Jolla Beach of San Diego

Campbell Meditation – La Jolla Beach of San Diego The first beach I had ever visited when I came to San Diego was La Jolla beach. Even though I am not able to visit the place as often as I wish, I can still vividly remember how beautiful the sunset was from La Jolla beach. The beach is about 20-25 minutes away by car from San Diego downtown. If you are planning to go and visit La Jolla beach, you must not unsee the sunset. The sunset upon wide blue horizon was unforgettably beautiful. I reached the beach a few minutes prior to the sunset and took a walk along the shore. Soon enough I was watching the sky is dimming and the sun is hanging on the horizon- What a beautiful moment it was! In fact, you still can see the beautiful sunset and how the sky turns pink, from the downtown, however I strongly recommend watching a sunset at La Jolla Beach. Another “must-see” at this beach is seals and sea lions leisurely resting on the shore. Of course the odor and the noise can be sometimes ...
